  11. Feel free to treat this as a dumb suggestion, but if, as you suggest, memory is
  12. not the limiting factor, how about a small RAM disk to store all or part of the
  13. contents of one floppy?  Also, add my voice to the chorus against a custom
  14. system file - it's just plain bad practice.
